What happens if there is a problem with my energy? Who do I call?


If you have any issues with your service, you should reach out to your local utility.

Although EnPowered can become your energy retailer, your actual energy service continues to be provided by your respective energy utility - there would be no change. Any service issues and outages that may occur should be resolved with your utility as you remain their client and continue to enjoy their customer service the same as before.
